Together, we are connected by things we do and love...
On the right is a photo of some of the crystal skulls I use for
healing, meditating, rituals and just plain old contemplating.

How I Activate my crystal skull
I first ground myself by connecting to mother earth and imagining my roots going deep into her center. I ask that I be totally protected during this working and my space has been cleared of negativity by saging or other ways of cleansing my space.
I will sit and make myself comfortable. Hold my crystal skull in my hand in front of my heart. Connect with and send love and joy to the crystal skull. Invite it to work with me in the future for healing and meditation. Invoke the ancient Keepers of the crystal skulls to activate my crystal skull, asking to be connected to the crystal skull consciousness.
Then I will sit quietly for a while in contemplation, the skull may have convey its given name. I trust the first thing that comes into my mind. Sometimes I do not hear the name but I know that it will be revealed to me possibly at a future time
Ways I work with my Crystal Skull
Working with crystal skulls is a very personal thing. Here are some ways I like to work with my crystal skulls:
Choose just one crystal skull to work with and focus on creating a special connection with it for a time. Get to know how it communicates with me. Once I have done this with one skull, I may find it easier connecting to the rest of my crystal skulls family.
Take 5-10 minutes every day to sit and connect with it in quiet meditation.
Spend time outdoors with my crystal skull. Go to a beach or a favorite spot where I will not be interrupted. Place it on the ground. I may even want to take photos of my skull in an outdoor setting.
Practice working with my skull often. I can make a grid, do healing with the skull, work with elements or just sit and relax with my skull.
When working with my crystal skull, I always make sure to ground myself and protect myself from any negativity. Then when I have finished, I will thank my skull and disconnect from it.
I keep a notepad and write all my experiences in it. I try to make a journal and write the progress with each skull I am working with.
